At Binani Technologies India, I played a pivotal role in the creation of an N1 category prototype, overseeing the entire process from initial concept to a production-ready version. This project required meticulous planning, cutting-edge design capabilities, and a deep understanding of industry requirements to ensure the final product was robust, efficient, and market-ready.

Design and Engineering Expertise

My expertise in CAD and 3D modeling tools, including SolidWorks, CATIA, and UG NX, was integral to the design and development process. I translated conceptual ideas into precise, functional 3D models, focusing on ergonomics, structural integrity, and manufacturability. By applying advanced simulation techniques using ANSYS and MATLAB, I optimized the design for performance and durability, ensuring it could withstand real-world operational demands.
